1. Processing Time
   Every order is made fresh. Ideas typically begin processing the moment someone says, "We have a challenge." No preheating required.

2. Shipping Rates
   Flat rate of $0.00. Seriously. The only cost is a good onboarding playlist and maybe a cup of coffee on Day 1.

3. Delivery Method
   Available for fully remote and partially hybrid setups. Can also be delivered to shoots, events, or anywhere adventure calls. Standard features include a laptop, creative drive, and an unreasonable number of sticky notes.

4. International Shipping
   Absolutely. Great brands exist everywhere. Wëlts® has been known to travel wherever curiosity, collaboration, and ambitious ideas happen to live.

5. Damaged Shipments
   If Wëlts® arrives tired, just take a gummy. If Wëlts® arrives with too many ideas, don’t worry, you'll get used to it.
